You’re self-supported, which means your crew vehicle is your aid station, your transport, your hype van, and your lifeline.
How do the handoffs work?
There are no set handoff points.
Your team decides who runs when, where, and how long. You just need to hit the mandatory checkpoint along the route and make it to St. Francis. That’s it.
