We started UP because we believe the best things happen when like-minded people move together. The early mornings, the long climbs, the cold water after- that's where real community is built.
UP Athletics Club is our way of bringing that to life. People who love to push themselves, try new things and find their tribe on the trails and in the city.
We're rooted in Cape Town. Driven by endurance culture.
HOW IT WORKS
Opening Ascent: First Wednesday of every month
A midweek trail mission.
Group Training: Each month we mix it up- cold dips, collabs, strength sessions, and more. Come ready for anything.
(Coming Soon) Cape Town Marathon Training Plan: A free 12-week training program built around the Cape Town Marathon. Every Wednesday morning we'll be hitting the road together.
