Hey, so you want to run the Cape Town Marathon? Vibes, let's do it together.

This is our training program for anyone who's targeting the Cape Town Marathon and doesn't want to do the prep alone. Whether it's your first marathon or you're back for another one, you're welcome here.

Here's how it works: We run together every Thursday and Saturday morning. Thursdays are your mid-week session to keep the momentum going, and Saturdays are the long runs. 

You'll also get added to our WhatsApp group where the coach shares updates, answers questions, and the group just kind of keeps each other going. 

And speaking of the coach...you'll get casual access to him throughout. Ask questions, check in on your training, flag something that doesn't feel right.
